22bb Club reserves the right to require users to complete an identity verification process (Know Your Customer / KYC) at any time, particularly before the first withdrawal or when account activity triggers a security review. Documents that may be required include a copy of your MyKad or passport, bank statements, and proof of ownership of the registered payment method.

If a match is postponed and resumes within 24 hours of the scheduled time, all pre-match bets remain valid. If the match is not resumed or is cancelled entirely, all pre-match bets will be voided and stakes returned. For in-play bets placed before the suspension, the outcome depends on the specific policy for that event.
Important: 22bb Club reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at any time without providing a reason. This includes capping the maximum bet amount for specific players or markets based on our internal risk assessment.

You may close your account 22bb Club at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure, all eligible balances must be withdrawn first. Once an account is closed at the user's request, any unclaimed balance remaining after 90 days may be forfeited.
Users who feel they need a break or have concerns about their gaming habits may contact our support team to activate a self-exclusion programme for a set period (30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanently). During the self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in or make any deposits.
